Using the best grain, spring water, traditional bronze mould and a very slow (60 hours) low-temperature drying process, it is the gourmets’ favorite all over the world. Still using the oldest machine in activity, Pasta Cocco brings back the original taste of the pasta, back from the early 20th century.
