Augustus beef comes from Stanbroke's grain-finished cattle and are specifically selected for their grain feeding performance to produce a consistent texture and flavour. These cattle are raised on natural pastures for the majority of their lives before moving to a customized grain ration. It makes for optimum eating quality and year-round consistency.
