Petit Reblochon De Savoie cheese (240g)
Since 1958,Â Reblochon, orÂ Reblochon of Savoie, is recognised by anÂ Appellation dOrigine ContrÃ´lÃ©eÂ (AOC), now known as aÂ Protected Designation of OriginÂ (PDO) at European level. The milk used to produceÂ ReblochonÂ is processed whole and unpasteurized. It has a mild,Â creamy innerÂ ranging from white to ivory in colour, presenting some small holes. Its typical taste is reminiscent of cream with a slight nutty taste.
