Sabarot Frozen Mixed Forest Mushrooms "Delice" is a mix of wild mushrooms (51%): diced cepes, boletus, yellow chanterelles & farmed mushrooms (49%) : shiitakes and oyster mushrooms. Usage Tips : Do not defrost. Blanch for 1 or 2 minutes. Use and cook as fresh mushrooms.
