Sweet Red Bell peppers grown in Mancha, Spain contribute an intense flavour and sweetness to Ponthier Red Pepper Puree. This vegetable puree has a bright colour, with a smooth texture and an intense flavour. Naturally sweet, it only needs a dash of salt and pepper and can be used as a sauce.

Tip: Ponthier Red Pepper puree pairs well with strawberry, redcurrant, raspberry, and tomato.

Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C. After defrosting, store at +2°C/+4°C and use within 15 days. Do not refreeze once thawed.
