Smoking: traditional and slow at low temperature, 100% oak sawdust.

Storage: Keep chilled at all times. After opening, consume within 48 hours

Useful recommendation: to enjoy its full flavour, we recommend you take the salmon out of the fridge approximately 20 minutes before serving
