Sanchoku Wagyu Cheek comes from the facial muscle of the cow. When wagyu cheeks are cooked properly, it will have a melting texture in the mouth as the connective tissue is broken down by long cooking methods.
Chef’s Tips: Cut into smaller pieces/dice and use long and slow cooking methods such as pot roasting, braising or stewing.
