Buckwheat galettes are served hot, with a savoury filling (ham, cheese, vegetables, fish etc.) for an original and typical dish. They can also be served cold as an appetizer or starter, for example filled with fromage frais and salmon, rolled and cut into sections.
After simply defrosting, they are really easy to present.
