For its preserves, Bonne Maman selects only intensely flavoured and ripe fruit which are slowly cooked so as not to damage fruit pieces. Perfectly ripe fruits (50% of fruit content minimum) & natural sugars carefully prepared with traditional expertise. No High Fructose corn syrup, no coloring, no preservatives.

The Fig Preserves is made with ripened, tender figs that feature smooth, sweet flavors that are perfect for savory flavor combinations. The figs’ natural flavors combine beautifully with bread, cheese, ice cream and more!
