Maison Ponthier is the second largest fruit puree producer in France with over 70 years of experience in fruit products focusing on single variety and single origin fruit which are harvested their ripest stage, and without colouring, preservatives, nor flavourings.

Ponthier's Apricot puree is made with Bergeron variety apricots coming from the Rhone Valley in France. Hand-picked by farmers at the peak of ripeness, the Bergeron Apricot produces a puree with an exceptional flavour that is tangy, sweet and fragrant. Contains 10% added sugar.

Tip: Ponthier Apricot Puree pairs well with yellow pepper, mango, bergamot, and almond.

Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C. After defrosting, store chilled between +2°C to +4°C and use within 15 days. Do not refreeze once thawed.
