Maison Ponthier is the second largest fruit puree producer in France with over 70 years of experience in fruit products focusing on single variety and single origin fruit which are harvested their ripest stage, and without colouring, preservatives, nor flavourings.

Vibrant redcurrants from Poland have been selected for production of Ponthier's redcurrant puree. These little red fruits are juicy and refreshing and give out a tangy flavour. To remove the bitterness, the seeds are removed, so that only the sweet flesh is used in this puree. The intense pink colour of this redcurrant puree adds a pop of colour contrast to any dish. Contains 10% added sugar to balance the acidity.

Tip: Ponthier Redcurrant puree pairs well with strawberry, coconut, raspberry, and beetroot.

Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C. After defrosting, store chilled between +2°C to +4°C and use within 15 days. Do not refreeze once thawed.
