Violet figs from Provence, France have been selected to produce this garnet red coloured fig puree. The violet figs are chosen for their attractive violet colour, small pips, and bright red flesh that provide a natural sweetness and freshness. With 10% added sugar, this puree used as a sauce for desserts, or turned into a pate de fruit.

Tip: Ponthier Violet Fig puree pairs well with strawberry, raspberry, and pear.

Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C. After defrosting, store chilled between +2°C to +4°C and use within 15 days. Do not refreeze once thawed.
