Maison Ponthier is the second largest fruit puree producer in France with over 70 years of experience in fruit products focusing on single variety and single origin fruit which are harvested their ripest stage, and without colouring, preservatives, nor flavourings.

Native to South East Asia, the Calamansi Lime locally known as "Limau Kasturi" is a small citrus fruit with a bright orange flesh. The sharp and complex flavours of the calamansi are a result of the cross-breeding between kumquats and oranges. This 100% pure Calamansi Puree yields flavours of mandarin orange, bitter orange, lime, and pink grapefruit.

Tip: Ponthier Calamansi Puree pairs well with passion fruit, pear, mango, and almond.

Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C. After defrosting, store chilled between +2°C to +4°C and use within 15 days. Do not refreeze once thawed.
