Soursop puree is the newest addition to Ponthiers expanding range of fruit purees. The soursop fruits come from Madagascar, and are peeled, deseeded, processed, and sieved to obtain a creamy and smooth pulp. This fresh-tasting Soursop Puree is not only delicious, but also highly nutritious, and can be used for sorbets, cocktails, and pastry applications.

Tip: Ponthier Soursop puree pairs well with Lychee, Orange, Lime.

Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C. After defrosting, store at +2°C/+4°C and use within 15 days. Do not refreeze once thawed.
