Ponthier Lemon Puree is made with lemons from the famous region of Sicily, Italy. This 100% pure lemon puree offers a refreshing acidity, and citrus aromas. With the fibres removed from the extracted juice, it is perfect not only for pastry applications, but also for drinks and salad dressings.

Tip: Ponthier Lemon puree pairs well with Strawberry, yuzu, mandarin, mint.

Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C. After defrosting, store at +2°C/+4°C and use within 15 days. Do not refreeze once thawed.
