Maison Ponthier is the second largest fruit puree producer in France with over 70 years of experience in fruit products focusing on single variety and single origin fruit which are harvested their ripest stage, and without colouring, preservatives, nor flavourings.

Ponthier prides themselves in their signature Coconut Puree. This creamy coconut puree is made with coconuts from Sri Lanka, and is famous for its strong and sweet flavour, smooth and stable texture, long finish on the palate, and a naturally opaque white colour. 10% pure cane sugar is added.

Tip: Ponthier Coconut puree pairs well with lychee, pineapple, raspberry, redcurrant.

Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C. After defrosting, store chilled between +2°C to +4°C and use within 15 days. Do not refreeze once thawed.
