Maison Ponthier is the second largest fruit puree producer in France with over 70 years of experience in fruit products focusing on single variety and single origin fruit which are harvested their ripest stage, and without colouring, preservatives, nor flavourings.

Ponthier Passionfruit Puree is made with the Flavicarpa Passionfruit from Ecuador. This yellow-skinned variety produces a puree with a strong exotic flavour, a refreshing tang, and a bright orange colour. It is seedless, and contains 90% fruit, and 10% added sugar.

Tip: Ponthier Passionfruit Puree pairs well with raspberry, apricot, banana, and mango.

Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C. After defrosting, store chilled between +2°C to +4°C and use within 15 days. Do not refreeze once thawed.
