Maison Ponthier is the second largest fruit puree producer in France with over 70 years of experience in fruit products focusing on single variety and single origin fruit which are harvested their ripest stage, and without colouring, preservatives, nor flavourings.

Ponthier Mango Puree is made from the Alphonso variety fondly known as the King of Mangoes, from Ratnagiri, India. This prized variety of mangoes boasts a vibrant colour, intense aroma, rich flavour, and natural sweetness. It comprises of 90% fruit, and 10% added pure cane sugar.

Tip: Ponthier Mango Puree pairs well with passionfruit, apricot, yellow pepper, and calamansi.

Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C. After defrosting, store chilled between +2°C to +4°C and use within 15 days. Do not refreeze once thawed.
