Butter Pamplie enjoys the Protected Designation of Origin (PDO), or Appellation d'origine protégée (AOP) in French Charentes-Poitou butter. 

Traditionally homemade using a churn, Pamplie butters have a delicate flavour and a soft texture. Appreciated by gourmets, Pample butter is supplied to world-renowned gastronomic restaurants in France and abroad.

The butter is very special because it contains Fleur de Sel from Ré Island, giving it gritty and unique taste.
