Guanaja 70% uses Valrhona's most recognised and treasured signature blend of origin chocolate. First developed in the 1980s as the world's first 70% couverture chocolate.  Guanaja 70% has a classic bitter astringency, leading to a warm, aromatic finish.  Mixed with roasted cocoa nibs for an aromatic scent and deep satisfying crunch.
