Frozen Half-Baguette (2x140g)

This Half-Baguette is made with a traditional recipe using Label Rouge wheat flour resulting in a pale cream interior. The usage of fermented dough gives the Baguette more depth of flavour. The soft interior and thin-crust makes the baguettine ideal as a sandwich-bread.
Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C until ready to use. Do not refreeze once thawed.
Baking: Preheat the oven to 220-230°C. Defrost the bread for 10 minutes at room temperature. Bake at 190-200°C for 10-12 minutes.
