Made without any shortening or fat, this traditional fillo dough makes for a delicious layered pastry. Suitable for vegans as it does not contain any animal or dairy products. Use it to make your favourite baklava, spring rolls, or strudel.

Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C until ready to use. Do not refreeze once thawed.

Handling Tips: Thaw at room temperature for at least 4 hours before using. Ensure all other ingredients are ready and prepared before using the fillo dough. Store any leftover unused fillo pastry rolled up and sealed in a plastic bag in the chiller.
