A quick solution for plain dinner bread rolls, this gluten-free bread by Bridor is certified gluten-free. It is made with special mix of corn, rice, potato, buckwheat, and millet flours and topped with millet seeds. To prevent any cross-contamination, each gluten-free bread is individually wrapped in a special packaging which can go into the oven or microwave.
Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C until ready to use. Do not refreeze once thawed.
Reheating: Without thawing nor removing the packaging, bake at maximum 160°C for 8-10 minutes or reheat in the microwave for a few seconds until warmed through.
Note: Each oven has its own characteristics. We suggest you record all parameters giving the best results baking with your equipment.
