From the exclusive artisanal range by MOF Chef Frederic Lalos, Grand Pochon is a large buckwheat sourdough loaf with a distinctive buckwheat aroma yet is not acidic. The Grand Pochon is 50cm long, and yields consistently shaped slices due to it's rectangular shape and are perfect for tartines or sandwiches.

Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C until ready to use. Do not refreeze once thawed.

Baking: Preheat the oven to 220-230°C. Defrost the bread for 40 minutes at room temperature. Bake at 190-200C°C for 20-25 minutes.
