From the exclusive artisanal range by MOF Chef Frederic Lalos, Cerealier is a Multigrain Loaf made with sourdough starter and a mix of sesame, flax, and sunflower seeds, and malted wheat flakes. Cerealier has a thin crust and a creamy centre that rich in flavour of toasted seeds.

Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C until ready to use. Do not refreeze once thawed.

Baking: Preheat the oven to 220-230°C. Defrost the bread for 30 minutes at room temperature. Bake at 190-200C°C for 20-25 minutes.
