Assorted Mini Friandises of filled viennese pastries made with pure butter laminated dough. Toppings are included for added texture and flavour. Mini Friandises include Mini Praline Finger topped with chopped nuts, Mini Raspberry Extravagant topped with pink sugar, Mini Chocolate Twist, and Mini Madagascar Vanilla Triangle topped with feuilletine.

Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C until ready to use. Do not refreeze once thawed.


Baking: Arrange frozen product on a baking tray lined with non-stick parchment paper or silicon mat. Thaw for 30-45 minutes at room temperature. Bake at 165-170°C for 13-15 minutes.
