It was created by accident by Chef Frederic Bau, who spent 8 years developing this creamy and toasty couverture. Dulcey's creamy texture is accompanied with an intense biscuit flavour that is sweet yet not too sugary and finishes with generous notes of shortbread and a dash of salt.
