Soulard company is specialized in duck farming since 1936 and located in the heart of Vendee, in the western part of France.
Duck legs are raw pieces disjointed manually, bone-in and skin-on. Coming from a mulard male duck, its weight is around 350gr.
It can be confit in a homemade duck fat preparation, roasted or marinated in a sauce with some vegetables or baby potatoes.
It's a good alternative to chicken.The ducks are raised and fed very carefully and in a controlled process, with a 100% plant-based diet.
